Bri and Luk – A climate change teaching series for children
The concept of the Bri and Luk series was developed during 2009/2010 with thanks to the British High Commission. The project has developed tools for primary age students to assist in their understanding of climate change and its impacts on our environment with a Caribbean relevance.
The learning package developed has resulted in the publication of one factual book, a story book, the development of a successful puppet show and a short animation of the story book which can be viewed below:
Our School programme is to be redesigned and improved with our focus switching to coming to you at school to offer presentations on a variety of topics and to provide our puppet show which is now in development.
Additionally, learning tools will be available, particularly for the younger students by the end of the 2009/2010 school year.
